Puns ahoy!

And yes; the entire title of this post may have been to set that up!

Neon Fuchsia, Purple and Pink with a feature talon with shimmered plum purple. All accented with a series of small black dotting patterns. I used both straight and circular linear designs, but you can really experiment with whatever.

I am obsessed with stationery, paper, textiles and all things art supply related. Another (super important) subset within the paper category is perforated paper. I grew up with a Dot Matrix printer hooked up to our Amiga 500, this bad boy used to print off reams Pin Feed Paper – which seems crazy for anyone who hasn’t had one of these. You’d print a document and have this perforated edge, with small hole punches running up both sides. MADDENING.

I used to get into the unused stuff, and remove all the edges – I like a smooth edge and sometimes the holes punched didn’t even align throughout the ream! I’d sometimes blame it on my sister, and go as far as to plant evidence in her little blue purse, sorry Kitlet. Absolute ecstasy if you can get one good section (cleanly) away in one sweep.

Enough about my younger self’s obsessive compulsion – I’ve totally moved on, not like I have a coronary every-time I’m filling out form; when screw up the perforation tear. Not like I’ve ever redone a tax return, EVER, because this has happened! Never.

Keep your eye on the cross, and the disappearing dot becomes green. Wacky.

Keep your eye on the cross, and the disappearing dot becomes green. Wacky. O.C.D. OUT!

Fabulous, x
